1. Payment after the first lesson

For children joining us for the first time, the course fee can be paid after the first lesson. This gives you an opportunity to see whether the teaching style and group are suitable for your child.

If you decide to continue, you will pay the full course fee for the term, which includes the first lesson. If you decide not to continue, you will not be charged.

2. Replacement lessons

During a paid term, your child may attend a replacement lesson for an excused absence in another Baby English course at the same or a lower level.

Replacement lessons must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability in the other group.

Corrency 2026

Baby English participates in the Corrency programme. Families living in selected municipal districts of Ostrava may be eligible for a contribution towards children’s English courses and other leisure activities.

• Ostrava-Jih: up to CZK 1,500 per child
• Slezská Ostrava: up to CZK 1,000 per child
• Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz: up to CZK 1,000 per child

The conditions, the amount payable by parents and the dates when the contribution can be used vary between districts. Families must register for the Corrency programme and meet the conditions set by their municipal district.

Younger siblings attending the same group

• A child under 18 months may attend free of charge if they do not actively take part in the lesson.
• A child aged between 18 months and two years who actively takes part in the lesson receives a 30% discount on the course fee.

A younger sibling may attend only if their presence does not disrupt the lesson.
